1. We do not markup the equipment from our supplier, whether you choose Jandy, Hayward, or Pentair. Whatever we pay, you pay. We negotiated the best buys on equipment by promising our supplier our purchasing loyalty, and prompt on the spot payment. And we pass these savings on to you. This alone will save you thousands of dollars compared to other builders. A top of the line equipment package with a 400,000 BTU heater and all the bells and whistles salt, variable speed pump, wireless controls etc will cost you around $6,000.00

2. Decking: Again, zero markup! Color stamped concrete with steel reinforcing, base rock, finish and cleanup $6.50 per square foot. No added cost for having to pump the concrete into the back yard or extra cost for drainage. It’s all included in the low price! The finish top notch.

3. We do not charge more for being a supremely qualified contractor. I built my first pool in 1987 in Fremont Ca. and since then have built just about every type of pool imaginable from faux rock pools with waterfalls and slides to hillside infinity edge pools for multi-million dollar homes. Both our designer and engineer have over twenty five years experience in the pool business. All our pools are plumbed with the highest energy efficiencies, including 2.5 plumbing in our spas with large waterway jets. We are experts in Hydraulic design, flow rates, pipe size, pump and filter types, chemical management systems, and many other factors that will make a big difference in the ability of your swimming pool to stay clean and be energy efficient.

4. We have a very low overhead and grow some of our own plants and palms on our 5 acre nursery in Brentwood. So, whether it’s a pool, plants, or landscaping that you need our low overhead gives us a competitive edge that will save you money. Here’s just one of our low price plant examples. 15 gal Italian cypress Home Depot price is $54.97 our price is just $21.00. Because you are buying direct from the grower with no middle man. In most cases we can save you hundred if not thousands of dollars on your landscaping. We believe the best way to save you money is by having a low profit margin and low overhead. Cutting quality is the wrong solution to offering great prices! You don’t have to pay high prices for quality. Not with us.

When you compare apples to apples and our low overhead and the things we do to lower our prices, 99% of the time we have the best price.

We realize we can’t possibly build all the pools in the Bay Area. However, the ones that we build, we believe will last a lifetime and will have saved the owners a bunch of money.
